With the purpose of council permits being the regulation of certain activities to ensure they do not impact on the safety of the public, create a nuisance or unduly affect the amenity of the area.

Download your permit from your council LGA below, fill it in and submit prior to booking your bin.

Unlike bins on private property, if you are placing your skip bin on council property (such as the road, footpath or nature strip) you will generally be required to obtain permission by applying for a permit, or by using a skip bin company who is registered and pre-approved by your local council to place skip bins on council property.

Failure to do so may result in a fine.
